Hi, I’m Borort. I am a software engineer, a toastmaster, and a hobbyist photographer. I love spending time reading, learning and experiencing new things, traveling, and thinking. I had been living and working in a few different countries over the last 15 years since I left my home country Cambodia and currently I am based in Tokyo, Japan.
The Gentle Outlook is my personal blog where I put down into words my thoughts, stories, experiences, and especially my perspective on life and the world around me. It is also a place where I discuss travel, photography, and books.
I also use this blog as a mean to keep myself motivated in writing just about anything that comes to my mind.
